Grade 7 (SCP 12–17) (Currently £28,598 to £31,022 Per Annum)

37 Hours Per Week – All Year Round
Required 1st September 2026 (or sooner)
To be successful you will need to:
Have strong communication, organisational and leadership skills to manage site operations effectively across multiple schools
Possess sound knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance and site maintenance requirements
Be able to plan, prioritise and coordinate workloads, supervising site staff and contractors
Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve problems proactively and work independently
Embody the values of ‘Achievement Through Caring’
Contribute fully to the wider life of the school and Trust
Have high expectations of yourself and be a positive role model for others
