This position will provide vital support to both the wider ALS provision in providing an efficient administrative service including ordering, using IT to create and send letters and supporting the Head of Department to maintain student records and support the Exam Assessors in the administration of exam access including notification of student appointments and the keeping of exam access records.
You will have sound administrative skills including word, excel and databases with the ability to communicate effectively and effective organisational skills. It is essential to be able to manage multiple tasks to prioritise and meet deadlines.
