The Site Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our environment is safe, welcoming, and conducive to learning. You will oversee the maintenance, security, and operational functioning of the building and grounds, working closely with senior leaders to support the smooth running of the provision.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in a facilities, maintenance or site management role
- Basic understanding of maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, decorating etc
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, contractors, and suppliers
- Maintain risk assessments such as COSHH, conduct and record regular site checks (fire alarms, emergency lighting, waters testing etc)
- Strong understanding of health & safety and safeguarding responsibilities, and a willingness for ongoing learning and development
