About this role
Bryanston are seeking an experienced and focused individual to lead our international short stay programme offering. This role will work across the whole school and manage the entire programme and its delivery, from recruitment and welcoming the pupils to managing and ensuring they have an exceptional stay whilst at Bryanston. The role means you will work with multiple teams across the Bryanston group including House Parents, the EAL department, and academic leads within the school to deliver the end-to-end process for short-stay families.
The role will include supporting our internal marketing team to promote our Short-Stay opportunities and ensure that we are providing the best culture and experience of a bespoke British Education offering for these students.
We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills that can focus on each pupil to ensure a high-end comprehensive offering. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively with great attention to detail.

This position is offered on a fixed-term basis for 2 years, 30 hours per week, over 4 days per week, at times agreed with the Head of Department on a year-round basis.
