SEND Teacher - Mynydd Haf School, Ty Ysgol Newport Road, Trethomas, Caerphilly, South Wales, CF83 8BY Salary: £28,288- £44,304 | Full Time (40 hours/week) Purpose of Role To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The Teacher will model professional integrity and the EPIC values, work collaboratively within the school community, and adhere strictly to the Staff Code of Conduct to promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment. At Mynydd Haf School Mynydd Haf School provides high quality learning experiences within a small, focused nurturing environment to secondary school aged children who have an IDP/ALN Statement and have ADHD and/or express behaviours that are challenging or inappropriate in a community setting. Class sizes are small. The staff to student ratio is usually 2:4 in all classes.
