We are seeking a proactive and highly organised SEND Administrator to join our Inclusion Team. This role will be term time only plus 5 teacher training days. This crucial role will support the administrative processes for our large SEND cohort, ensuring statutory compliance and effective communication with families, staff, and external partners. Key aspects of the role: Maintaining and updating SEND records for nearly 1,500 pupils Managing and tracking EHCPs and statutory deadlines Acting as the first point of contact for SEND administrative matters Supporting the SENDCo with referrals, reports, and data analysis Coordinating meetings and multi-agency communications Ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining confidentiality We are looking for someone who: Has excellent organisational, IT, and communication skills Demonstrates high attention to detail and professionalism Can prioritise a busy workload and adapt to changing demands Has experience in an administrative role (SEND or school experience desirable) Is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and the safeguarding of children Why join Nicholas Chamberlaine School and the Griffin Schools Trust?
