The Role Sherborne Qatar is seeking an outstanding SEN Teacher with a strong commitment to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, challenging, and differentiated learning experiences that enable pupils to reach their full potential across all areas of development. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND, using a range of specialised strategies including TEACCH, Sensory Integration, PECS, and Assistive Technology. Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and setting personalised targets in line with school policies. Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that fosters independence, communication, and self-esteem. Work collaboratively with therapists, specialists, and families to ensure pupils receive tailored support. Lead and manage support staff within the classroom effectively. Contribute to curriculum development, subject leadership (where applicable), and whole-school improvement initiatives. Participate in professional development opportunities, school events, and the wider co-curricular
