What you will be doing Planning and delivering high‑quality teaching for individuals and small groups Monitoring, assessing and reporting on pupil progress Contributing to whole‑school development and improvement Creating stimulating, well‑organised learning environments Developing and reviewing IEPs, behaviour plans and personalised learning pathways Working collaboratively with LSAs, tutors, care staff and multi‑professional teams Ensuring pupil safety through effective planning and risk assessment Supporting pupils to develop self‑regulation and positive behaviour Maintaining accurate records in line with school and regulatory requirements Safeguarding all pupils and promoting their wellbeing What you will bring Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent A passion for PE that inspires participation, confidence and wellbeing The ability to thrive in a fun, purposeful and sometimes challenging environment Strong relationship
