Working with pupils with a range of additional needs, you'll deliver engaging, personalised learning that builds confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning. You'll help shape the school's curriculum, culture and future from the very beginning, working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team who are committed to achieving the very best outcomes for every young person. What You'll Be Doing Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and support excellent progress. Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of learners with a range of additional and complex needs. Plan, develop and review schemes of learning across your curriculum area. Monitor pupil progress, using assessment to identify interventions and celebrate achievement. Lead the development of your subject area, ensuring teaching remains creative, innovative and engaging. Work collaboratively with colleagues across Avonside School and the wider Outcomes First Group to share best practice and develop the curriculum.
