About this role
Do you love working in a school but need a change?
Are you excited by the thought of being part of something new where ideas are valued and supported through to realisation?
Do you want to have a positive impact on the lives of autistic children?
Hope Tree School, just outside Cambridge, is one of only two schools for autistic girls in the country. We do things a little differently at Hope Tree. We are a small school with big ambitions. Our quiet rural surroundings are the backdrop to a learning environment where the wellbeing of our students is prioritised and the development of relationships is central to all we do; a genuine hybrid provision of both academic and therapeutic support. Our model provides consistency, predictability and flexibility to best meet the learning needs of our students, whilst also enabling them to develop confidence, independence and long term life skills. Our recent Ofsted report reflected the exceptional learning environment we have created here, also noting that ‘incidents of poor behaviour are extremely rare.’
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic full time Student Support Assistant to join our growing team.
If you would like the chance to join the experienced team of staff at this unique school please get in touch.
