What You'll Be Doing Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire pupils and support excellent progress across the secondary curriculum. Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of individual learning needs, ensuring every pupil can access and enjoy learning. Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom where pupils develop confidence, independence and resilience. Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, using assessment to inform high-quality teaching and learning. Work collaboratively with the Headteacher and wider school team to develop an ambitious, inclusive curriculum. Promote pupils' social, emotional and personal development, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
