About this role
We are looking for a caring, organised and proactive Healthcare Assistant to manage our Medical Room and provide high-quality healthcare support to pupils from Nursery through to Sixth Form. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a central role in protecting the health, wellbeing and safety of our school community.
You will provide first aid, administer medication, maintain accurate medical records and support pupils with ongoing health conditions and individual healthcare plans. Working closely with parents, colleagues and external healthcare professionals, you will help ensure every pupil can participate fully and confidently in school life.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare, school, GP, hospital or community setting, along with a calm and compassionate manner, excellent communication skills and strong organisational ability.
