KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver Engaging Lessons – Plan and implement challenging, inspiring lessons in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum (UK National Curriculum), ensuring each student excels.
Support and Assess Student Progress – Use innovative teaching strategies and regular assessments to guide student learning, providing meaningful feedback.
Create a Positive Learning Environment – Foster a classroom culture where students feel safe to explore, take risks, and reach their full potential.
Collaborate and Share Best Practices – Work closely with colleagues across the school, contributing to curriculum development and professional growth.
Contribute Beyond the Classroom – Participate actively in BSA’s co-curricular programmes, from academic competitions to creative clubs and sports.
