Cambridge IGCSE & A Level Full-Time — Start September 2026 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Secondary Science Teacher to join our international school in Cyprus, starting September 2026. This role is ideal for a teacher who combines strong academic expertise with a project-based and inquiry-driven teaching philosophy, and who is confident in preparing students for Cambridge IGCSE O & A Level examinations. About the Role: As a Science teacher, you will deliver engaging and rigorous lessons that help students understand scientific concepts through exploration, experimentation, and real-world application. You will teach a diverse group of learners, including multilingual students, and ensure all students are supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed. Our school promotes inquiry-based learning, interdisciplinary projects, and critical thinking. You will play a key role in fostering scientific curiosity and developing students’ ability to think like scientists. Responsibilities:Teach Science according to the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level curriculum Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, hands-on lessons that develop conceptual understanding through experiments, demonstrations, and inquiry-based activities Use diverse teaching strategies, including problem-solving, collaborative projects, digital simulations, and real-world applications Differentiate lessons for students with varying English levels and scientific backgrounds Assess, record, and report on students’ progress using formative and summative methods Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Prepare classroom materials, maintain well-organised labs and science displays, and ensure safety protocols Establish consistent behaviour expectations aligned with school policy Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and leadership Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, school events,
