About the Role The Biology Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Biology lessons across the secondary phase, ensuring excellent standards of teaching, learning and student achievement. The successful candidate will: Deliver inspiring Biology lessons to students across Lower and Upper Secondary. Design engaging learning experiences that develop students' scientific knowledge, practical laboratory skills, critical thinking and investigative abilities. Track, assess and support student progress and attainment. Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. Plan and deliver practical laboratory sessions in accordance with health and safety requirements. Contribute to curriculum planning and the continued development of the Science Department. Support the academic and personal growth of students. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents and students to achieve outstanding outcomes.
