Appointment of a Second Master Marlborough College Malaysia (MCM) is a fully coeducational independent British boarding and day school located in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia, educating just over 1,000 pupils aged 3 to 18. The successful candidate will combine proven leadership experience in a senior role within a boarding school environment with the judgement, presence and emotional intelligence to lead with warmth and authority. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to bring clarity, structure and coherence to complex organisational environments is essential, as is boundless energy, good humour and flexibility. Existing international school experience is not a prerequisite and MCM welcomes applications from candidates in the UK independent sector as well as other high-performing international schools.
