The Royal Alexandra and Albert School exists to give our children a distinctly different start in life, preparing them for the world with hope, optimism, compassion and empathy. We are a co-educational, non-selective state boarding school, for boys and girls aged 7 - 18,. This is a boarding school with Flexi Boarding students attending from the local area and a lively community of around 300 Full Boarders, passionately involved in a wide range of after-school and weekend activities and trips. The purpose of this role is to provide a professional, warm, and highly organised welcoming experience for all visitors, parents, and students, while maintaining robust safeguarding protocols. As a central communication hub, the postholder will manage incoming enquiries and provide essential administrative support to ensure the seamless daily operation of the school office. What we’re looking for The successful candidate will have: Prior experience working in a front-of-house, reception, or customer-facing role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
