We're looking for an organised and proactive EHCP Co-ordinator to join our team and play an important role in coordinating high-quality EHCP provision, helping students receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.
Your Role
As our EHCP Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Heads of Education and School to ensure EHCP processes are managed effectively across both settings.
You'll help maintain accurate records, coordinate annual reviews, support transition processes and work collaboratively with staff and external agencies to ensure pupils and students receive the support outlined within their EHCPs.
No two days are the same, so you'll need to be proactive, organised and comfortable managing a variety of tasks and deadlines.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating and monitoring EHCP paperwork, reviews and key deadlines.
Maintaining accurate records and data within school systems.
Supporting annual reviews and transition arrangements.
Liaising with local authorities, families and external professionals.
Working closely with education, care and therapy teams to ensure EHCP outcomes are reviewed and monitored.
Supporting school and college leaders with meetings, reporting and quality assurance activities.
