The role involves maintaining secure and accurate student records, engaging in professional supervision, and supporting the wider SEN Services Hub through collaboration with staff and leadership teams. The School Counsellor also advises teachers on adaptive strategies to support students’ needs, contributes to staff training and school improvement initiatives, co-delivers workshops for parents, and promotes an inclusive school culture that celebrates diversity and difference.
