Resident Deputy Housemistress/master

We are seeking a highly organized, caring and proactive Housemistress/master to join our boarding community. You will work with the Housemistress/master to build strong relationships with pupils, oversee daily routines, promote wellbeing and contribute to a positive house culture. The successful candidate will have experience of boarding and will be expected to contribute to the wider life of the school.
Roedean is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
