Nicholas Chamberlaine School is seeking a flexible, resilient, and proactive Reprographics and Administration Assistant to join our busy School Administration team.
In this varied role, you’ll ensure our teachers and students have access to high-quality printed resources, support our exam processes, and provide essential administrative help across the school. Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-speed digital printers and finishing equipment (binding, laminating, etc.)
Respond efficiently to last-minute and high-priority print requests
Securely handle confidential exam materials
Support teachers using digital portals for print submissions
Monitor and order supplies to keep the print room running smoothly
Provide general administrative support, including reception cover, Finance support
What We’re Looking For:
GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in Maths and English
1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role or school setting
Calm and adaptable under pressure, with a positive, customer-focused approach
Confident using Microsoft office and Google software as well as multi-function printers
(Desirable) Experience in an educational environment or with print management software
Physical requirements: You’ll need to be comfortable lifting boxes (up to 40 lbs) and being on your feet in a busy, energetic environment.
