We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Estates Manager to lead estates and facilities management across our Cheshire schools within our growing and ambitious Trust. As our Regional Estates Manager, you'll oversee estates operations across multiple schools, leading site teams, driving compliance and managing improvement projects. The schools this role will be overseeing are: The Raise Academy, Widnes; The Fermain Academy, Macclesfield; Cornerstone Academy, Crewe/Sandbach; The Axis Academy, Crewe. 37 hours per week – to be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the schools, over 5 days Reports to: Headteachers and DoB Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Regional Estates Manager to provide effective leadership, development and management of estates functions across schools within the Cheshire region of our Trust (4 SEN/AP schools currently). The postholder will ensure that Trust sites are safe, compliant, well maintained and effectively supported through the delivery of high-quality operational services. Working closely with the Director of Business, the Regional Estates Manager will support the implementation of the Trust’s estates strategy while maintaining a strong focus on operational delivery, compliance assurance and continuous service improvement. You will co-line manage school estates staff, and ensure resources are deployed to have the biggest impact. There is scope for the role to grow with further Trust expansion, or re-organisation.
