Your work will influence curriculum access, staff practice, and whole-school improvement, helping remove barriers and improve outcomes for all learners.

Salary: £33,709 – £35,401 actual per annum, Grade 8 (SCP 26–28)

Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

The role:
As a Reflection Lead, you will provide strategic leadership across inclusion, behaviour, curriculum, and data, ensuring a joined‑up approach that supports all students to achieve their full potential.
You will lead and develop restorative and relational behaviour systems, oversee internal provision and reflection processes, and ensure interventions are impactful and consistently applied.
You will analyse behaviour and inclusion data to identify trends, track key groups, and drive targeted improvements. You will also monitor the quality of provision through evidence such as observations, pupil voice, and performance data, ensuring strategies lead to sustained improvement.
Working closely with senior leaders, staff, families, and external agencies, you will coordinate support for students with additional needs, oversee reintegration following suspensions, and ensure systems promote both accountability and wellbeing.
