Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist to join our team in August 2026. The ideal candidate should manage the day-to-day FOH administrative tasks and maintain open lines of communication to the parents to ensure their concerns handled effectively and in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in a receptionist, ideally within an educational setting, is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English (verbal and written). Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed Assist Parents Relations Executive with student attendance. Liaison between school IT department and parents/students for ipads & parental access cards. Manage the school's front desk, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment Support with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence Coordinate with school staff to ensure smooth communication and visitor flow You must always demonstrate, model and advocate the AGS Values.
