ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a committed Programme Tutor - Uniformed Public Services and Sport to support the effective delivery of College services and priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role you will:
Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with College, awarding body, and regulatory requirements to support positive learner outcomes.
Plan and deliver inclusive learning, using appropriate differentiation, reasonable adjustments, and support strategies to meet individual learner needs, including students with SEND.
Monitor and support learner progress, attendance, engagement, and achievement through target setting, effective feedback, and timely intervention.
Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation, ensuring compliance with College quality assurance requirements.
Promote safeguarding, equality, and learner wellbeing, escalating concerns in line with College procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support services to deliver consistent, high-quality provision and meet individual learner needs.
Participate in quality assurance activities, including standardisation, internal verification, peer review, and quality improvement.
Maintain professional and vocational expertise through continuous professional development and effective use of digital learning technologies.
