ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a committed Programme Tutor - Esports to support the effective delivery of College services and priorities. This role is a 0.6 FTE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role you will:
Deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment across Level 1, 2 and 3 Esports programmes.
Lead the development and growth of an exciting new Esports provision, with opportunities to shape future HE pathways.
Inspire and support learners to achieve their full potential through high-quality teaching and pastoral care.
Build strong relationships with learners, parents and industry partners to promote excellent attendance, engagement and outcomes.
Work with leading partners including the British Esports Federation, Manchester City in the Community, Manchester City Esports and Williams F1.
Help develop an industry-leading Esports curriculum within state-of-the-art specialist facilities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEWe are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and subject expertise in Esports or a related field.
Experience delivering engaging teaching and achieving positive learner outcomes.
