About this role
HELP International School, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Required for August 2027
Since opening in 2014, HELP International School has grown into one of Malaysia's leading international schools, serving more than 1,600 students from a diverse and internationally minded community. The school now stands at an exciting point in its journey: established, successful and ambitious for what comes next.
The Board is seeking a leader who combines strategic thinking with strong relational leadership; someone who can inspire people, nurture culture and guide a high-performing school through a rapidly evolving educational landscape.
At HELP International School, innovation is embedded in the life of the school. From award-winning technology integration to industry-connected design and engineering programmes, students are encouraged to think creatively, solve real-world problems and develop the skills needed for the future. The next Principal will embrace this spirit of innovation and help shape how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, enhance teaching, learning and student development.
Equally important is a commitment to people. HELP is proud of its collaborative culture, long-serving staff and strong relationships across its diverse local and international community. We are seeking a leader who values partnership, develops others and creates an environment in which both students and staff can flourish.
As part of the HELP Education Group, the Principal enjoys the autonomy to lead the school while benefiting from the support of an experienced and highly regarded educational organisation. This is a role for a leader who wants to make a lasting contribution.
If you are excited by the opportunity to lead an innovative, values-led international school in one of Asia's most dynamic and liveable cities, we would welcome your interest.
