The Teaching Assistant will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team, working under the leadership and supervision of the teacher and senior staff. The role involves supporting individuals and groups of pupils, supervising their physical and general care, and providing assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure equal access to learning opportunities. The Teaching Assistant will support the teacher in managing pupils, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and promoting effective learning.
