About Us: Freshsteps is an OFSTED-rated Outstanding independent alternative provision, catering for pupils aged 5–16 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. We’ve recently expanded to include a sixth form hub, a new gym, sports arena, library, and an indoor therapeutic soft-play structure. Our curriculum is rich and diverse, offering pupils access to unique opportunities such as swimming, horse-riding, cooking, hair and beauty. The Role: You will teach one of our primary classes. Each class has a maximum of 6 pupils, supported by at least one classroom assistant. Pupils remain with the same teacher for core subjects - but may go to specialist subject teachers for PE, Drama and the arts.
