We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and adaptable Job Coaches to join our New Bridge College Pre-Internship/Bridging the Gap Team. Working across Oldham and Greater Manchester, you will play a vital role in supporting students within a variety of work placement settings and helping them achieve their employment goals. The Role As a Job Coach, you will support students in real workplace environments, providing tailored guidance to help them develop their skills, confidence and independence. You may work with students on a one-to-one basis or support small groups as they undertake work-based learning opportunities. The role also involves building and maintaining positive relationships with employers and other external partners to ensure placements run smoothly and to create new opportunities for our students. Key Responsibilities Support students in workplace settings to develop employability and vocational skills Deliver effective one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs Help students build confidence, independence and workplace readiness Liaise with employers, placement providers and external agencies to ensure successful placements Monitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant College staff Identify and develop new work placement opportunities across the local area Maintain accurate records and reports as required P
