Job Title: Primary Teacher Salary: £32,916 to £45,352 (Dependent on Experience) Working Hours: Full time, term-time only Contract Type: Permanent Location: Ely, Cambridge *Please be aware this role will involve teaching secondary students at a primary level. We are looking for someone who can offer a broad range of subjects and are particularly interested to meet people who are confident to offer Humanities subject expertise (Geography, History and RS). In Toto Ed is a new Independent Special School offering a broad and ambitious curriculum to 11-16 year olds, many of whom will have substantial gaps in their learning and so we are seeking someone with primary experience to support the transition into our school. Main Duties Plan and deliver lessons in line with curriculum requirements, ensuring differentiation to meet students' educational needs. Assess, track, and report on student progress through formative and summative assessments, grade cards, and annual reports. Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment, setting clear expectations for behaviour in line with school policies. Provide guidance and pastoral support, ensuring student well-being and contributing to safeguarding procedures.
