What You’ll Do: Teach and Inspire: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of primary-aged pupils with SEN, fostering curiosity, confidence, and independence. Support Individual Progress: Monitor, assess, and celebrate student achievements, ensuring each child’s learning journey is meaningful and well-supported. Create a Positive Environment: Develop stimulating classroom spaces, displays, and resources that promote engagement and a love of learning. Develop Personalised Plans: Create and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies that reflect each pupil’s unique needs. Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team—including therapists, support staff, and senior leaders—to ensure consistent, high-quality provision. Safeguard and Support: Prioritise pupil wellbeing, safety, and emotional development while promoting self-regulation and positive behaviour.
