Primary Leadership Consultant - Central Team

Location: Warwickshire Salary: Day rate: £450 – £600 dependent on experience Job Type: Contract: 50 days July – December 2026 (with the possibility of a contract extension til July 2027) About the Role Transforming Lives Educational Trust (TLET) are looking for an experienced and proactive Primary Leadership Consultant to work with our primary phase provision, which from September 2026 will include Henry Hinde School (4-11) and Houlton School – Primary Phase (Reception only). Supported by the Trust central team, the successful candidate will work closely with the academies, and senior leadership teams to improve quality, enhance pupil outcomes, and build capacity for sustained improvement. You will provide expert advice on: Self-evaluation and identifying priorities for improvement. Strategic Planning to raise achievement for all pupils. Quality assurance processes. Coaching and developing senior leaders and staff. Key Responsibilities Working with school leaders to evaluate teaching, learning, and leadership impact. Supporting academies in preparation for inspection (e.g., Ofsted). Delivering tailored interventions to address areas of weakness. Supporting SEND and inclusion improvement strategies. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Headteacher. Deep knowledge of current educational developments and school effectiveness strategies. Reflective, solution-focused, and able to constructively challenge leadership. Ability to promote high standards and school improvement initiatives.
