We are looking for a teacher who can create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where pupils are motivated, challenged, and supported to achieve their full potential. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a Primary class and delivering high-quality learning across the core curriculum. They will work closely with year group colleagues, phase leaders, specialist teachers, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure strong pupil progress, high standards of behaviour, and excellent pastoral care. The role requires a teacher who is organised, reflective, flexible, and committed to contributing positively to the wider life of the school. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the British curriculum. Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Support pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing, and personal development. Use assessment effectively to inform planning and support pupil outcomes. Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour, and classroom routines. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Primary phase. Communicate professionally and effectively with parents and staff. Contribute to school events, enrichment activities, and the wider school community. Uphold the school’s safeguarding, child protection, and professional conduct expectations.
