Olga Gudynn International School (OGIS) is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher to join our primary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to support young learners at a key stage in their development, fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
The successful candidate will deliver a broad and engaging curriculum based on the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, supporting pupils’ academic progress as well as their personal and social development.

Salary: €2,200 - €2,800 net per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Teach a class within the primary phase.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress using Cambridge standards.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or a relevant academic subject.
PGCE, QTS, iQTS, or an equivalent internationally recognized teaching qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in the primary phase.
Proven experience or strong familiarity with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
Work Eligibility & Onboarding: While candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply, priority will be given to EU/EEA/Swiss passport holders to ensure a swift relocation and onboarding process in Romania.
