Premises Officer LOCATION: London Borough of Croydon CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent HOURS: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, All Year Round START DATE: ASAP SALARY: Grade 3 £29,436 – £30,288 (Points 5–7) REPORTING TO: Premises Manager / Operations Manager Coloma Convent Girls’ School is a welcoming Catholic school community, rooted in Gospel values and committed to serving our pupils, families, and parish with faith, compassion, and excellence. We are seeking to appoint a reliable, proactive and skilled Premises Officer to join our site team. This is a key role in ensuring that our school buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, secure, well-maintained and fully operational throughout the year. The successful candidate will work closely with the Premises Manager and Operations Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of the school site, carrying out practical maintenance duties, assisting with compliance and health & safety requirements, and supporting school events and lettings. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, can respond effectively to a range of site issues, and is committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
