The Post Rugby School Dubai is looking for some exceptional Class Teachers for FS1 and FS1 Year Leader Year Leader – FS1 The FS1 Year Leader will play a key role in shaping the experiences of our youngest learners as they begin their Rugby School Dubai journey. Working closely with the Head of Early Years and wider leadership team, they will lead the FS1 year group, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, wellbeing and parent partnership. The successful candidate will be passionate about Early Years education, committed to creating a nurturing and inspiring environment, and dedicated to ensuring every child develops a strong sense of belonging, curiosity and confidence from their very first days at school. The successful candidate will: Hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification, likely to be from a British univeristy. Have a minimum of two years teaching experience in a British curriculum school Hold a PGCE or relevant teaching qualification Place students at the forefront of their teaching Be enthusiastic about professional developmen
