Phase Lead

Due to expansion, Tadley Court School are seeking to appoint an outstanding Phase Lead to join our successful and forward-thinking school. This post will suit candidates experienced in 6th Form with an experience in SEN. This position is for a September 2026 start. You will be responsible for driving pupil progress, mentoring staff, and maintaining high teaching standards within your specific education stage. Tadley Court School is a specialist school and has an Ofsted rating of Good with Outstanding features. Our school is set in a beautiful semi-rural location with four acres of well-maintained grounds. We are a day school specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 4 and 19 years who all have a formal Autism diagnosis and either SLD or MLD. We have a healthy referral stream that proudly and successfully delivers values-led education.
