Do you love Pharmacy, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and get a buzz from seeing others succeed? Ready to step away from the dispensary without stepping away from the profession?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Pharmacy Assessor to support, guide, and inspire the next generation of pharmacy professionals. This is your chance to use your experience to make a real impact; mentoring learners, assessing progress, and helping people turn potential into confidence and competence.
You’ll work closely with apprentices and employers, carrying out assessments, offering constructive feedback, and being that calm, knowledgeable voice that makes complex things click. No two days are the same: one moment you’re observing practice, the next you’re coaching, encouraging, and celebrating progress.
Why you’ll love this role:
Use your pharmacy expertise in a rewarding, people-focused way
Enjoy variety, autonomy, and meaningful one-to-one interactions
Be part of a supportive team that values quality, growth, and innovation
Help shape safe, skilled, and confident pharmacy professionals
If you’re passionate about Pharmacy, enjoy developing others, and want a role with purpose (and fewer prescriptions), we’d love to hear from you.
