Peripatetic Dance Teacher

Peripatetic Dance Teacher The School is currently seeking a part-time Peripatetic Dance Teacher to join our team, to teach the practical aspect of our new Dance GCSE. The position would initially be just 2 periods per week, this currently falls first thing in the morning on 2 days per week. There is the potential for this role to grow in the future, should there be more uptake for this GCSE. We would ask that candidates have the relevant experience and qualifications to teach practical Dance, and to detail this in their application. The School has a considerable performing arts reputation, music and dance are encouraged strongly at all levels of the School so you will be teaching enthusiastic pupils. There is a good programme of performance opportunities throughout the year, both formally and within the context of other school occasions, which would likely involve some of these pupils. DBS check, and references will be sought. Therefore, we would also ask you to provide referees as part of your application. The closing date for applications is Wednesday 17th June 2026. Interviews will be held the following week.
