Performing Arts Administrator

LWC is looking for a Preforming Arts Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Performing Arts Department, ensuring the smooth planning, coordination and delivery of music, drama and performance activity across the academic year. This post is part of the College Office administrative team, providing consistent, professional support aligned to College systems, processes and standards, while being operationally embedded in the Performing Arts Department to support its day-to-day delivery. You’ll coordinate and maintain the Performing Arts calendar across the academic year, including attendance at termly calendar meetings providing day‑to‑day administrative support to Performing Arts department, including correspondence, mailings to parents and pupil communications. Acting as a first point of contact for Performing Arts administrative enquiries, you will manage these confidently, discreetly and professionally.
