What you will be doing Plan and deliver high‑quality PE lessons and physical development activities that inspire participation and progress Build a vibrant extra‑curricular offer including clubs, wellbeing sessions, team games and enrichment opportunities Use assessment to monitor, record and report on pupil progress, celebrating success and supporting every learner Adapt PE and physical activity to ensure pupils with SEND and SEMH needs can participate safely and meaningfully Create safe, stimulating learning environments, organising equipment, spaces and groupings effectively Promote physical activity as a tool for confidence, regulation, teamwork and personal development Work collaboratively with colleagues, LSAs, care staff and families to ensure consistent support for pupils Contribute to curriculum development, school improvement priorities and the wider life of the school What you will bring Qualified Teacher Status
