Salary: Inner London Pay Scale (M1–M6 depending on experience)
Contract Type: Part Time /Permanent, Initially one day per week, 0.2 FTE

The Role
The Lloyd Williamson School is seeking an enthusiastic PE specialist to join our school. In this role, you will deliver a creative and innovative curriculum tailored to the individual needs of students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, preparing them for success in their GCSE examinations.
We are not a "one size fits all" school. Our small class sizes allow you to build deep, meaningful relationships with every student, banishing the fear of failure and encouraging intellectual curiosity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated PE Teacher to join a supportive independent school environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Inspiring Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that align with the UK National Curriculum.
● Personalised Learning: Use small class settings to provide individual support, ensuring every student reaches their unique potential.
● Promoting teamwork, fitness, and a positive attitude towards sport.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the whole school co-curricular programme.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the Teaching and Learning Lead and colleagues to develop school-wide pedagogical strategies.
● Offering a second subject is desirable but not essential; Computing
Essential Requirements
● Be a qualified PE Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
● Have experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting across KS3 and KS4
● A passion for holistic education and a commitment to student wellbeing.
● Passionate about PE and inspiring young people
● Commitment to raising achievement and continuous professional development
● Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate diverse learners.
