The Pastoral Lead is responsible for ensuring that the advice, guidance, support, and challenges provided by the Student Progress Leaders and Student Progress Advisers are effective. They also oversee their team’s ability to help students reach their full potential. Alongside this, the Pastoral lead will be required to teach in a Curriculum area.
