About this role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and dynamic PA to provide dedicated support to both the Deputy Head City Schools and the Director Operations and Estates. This is a unique opportunity to work across all three City of London independent schools in a thriving environment, supporting senior leaders in delivering strategic priorities.
The role will include administrative support, diary management, meeting coordination, and assistance with the Project Management Office function.
The successful candidate will have previous PA/administrative experience, strong written & communication skills with the ability to work proactively, with a flexible approach. High proficiency in MS Office/strong IT Skills are essential.
This role will be full-time, working all year round (52 weeks per annum).
