Position Overview作为初中部体育学科骨干引进，发挥自身专业特长与国际教育背景，丰富学校体育课程体系与教学方法，在提升学生体质素养的同时，创设沉浸式英语运动场景，培养学生体育领域的英语交际能力与跨文化体育素养。 Recruited as a key member of the PE department, the incumbent will leverage professional expertise and international educational background to enrich the school's PE curriculum system and teaching methodologies. While enhancing students' physical fitness, the role aims to create immersive English-language sports scenarios, cultivating students' English communication abilities in sports contexts and developing their cross-cultural sports literacy. 三、岗位职责 III. Job Responsibilities（一）体育课程教学 (I) PE Curriculum Teaching承担初中年级常规体育课程教学，周课时按学校统一工作量标准执行（基准20-25课时/周）； Teach regular PE classes for junior high school grades, with weekly teaching hours following the school's unified workload standard (baseline: 20-25 class hours per week); 引入国际先进的体育教学理念与方法（如理解式球类教学TGfU、运动教育模型Sport Education等），丰富课堂教学形式，提升课堂质量； Introduce advanced international PE teaching concepts and methodologies (such as Teaching Games for Understanding - TGfU, Sport Education Model, etc.) to enrich classroom teaching formats and improve teaching quality; 在体育课堂中全程使用英语授课或双语教学，创设真实语言运用场景，系统培养学生在体育情境下的英语听说与交际能力； Deliver instruction entirely in English or use bilingual teaching throughout PE classes, creating authentic language usage scenarios and systematically developing students' English listening, speaking, and communication skills in sports contexts; 参与体育学科集体备课与教研活动，协助完善体育学科教学评价体系； Participate in PE department collaborative lesson preparation and teaching research activities and assist in improving the PE subject teaching evaluation system; 关注学生个体差异，落实分层教学要求，确保每位学生在体育课堂中获得适切的发展支持。 Pay attention to individual student differences, implement differentiated teaching requirements, and ensure
