Middle/High School Principal

Unity Concord International School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Middle & High School Principal to lead our secondary division. The successful candidate will serve as the instructional leader of the middle & high school building, supporting academic excellence, student well-being, and professional growth among staff while fostering a positive and collaborative school culture. This role works closely with the Superintendent and school leadership team to ensure effective implementation of curriculum, strong student outcomes, and alignment with the school’s mission and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide strong instructional leadership to ensure high-quality teaching and learning across the High School division Supervise, support, and evaluate teachers and department leaders Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that supports student well-being and achievement Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and academic progress monitoring Manage daily middle/high school operations, including scheduling, supervision, and student discipline Contribute to accreditation processes and continuous school improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community Collaborate with leadership to support enrollment growth and school development Qualifications: Required: Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field Holds an administrative licence Previous leadership experience in a secondary/high school setting Experience in an international or multicultural school environment preferred Strong instructional leadership and staff development experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Eligibility to obtain a work permit and visa in Thailand Personal Attributes: Commitment to student-centred learning and well-being Collaborative leadership style Cultural sensitivity and professionalism Strong organisational and problem-sol
