Medical Needs CoordinatorClosing date for applications: 28th July 2026, 9am Full time Part Time, 22.5 hours term time + 2 weeks, Permanent Salary: SFCA Support Pay Scale Point 12-15 pro rata £15,849 – £17,273 (Full Time Equivalent £29,544 – £32,199) The college is seeking to appoint a Medical Needs Coordinator to provide specialist guidance, training and support in relation to students with complex medical conditions and physical disabilities. This role is key in supporting students and developing staff confidence and competence to ensure that students are able to access learning safely and successfully. Read More The role requires demonstrable experience and understanding of first aid and medical conditions, with knowledge of IHCPs, risk assessments and reasonable adjustments relating to medical needs. Candidates will have strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional manner during emergency situations.
