Supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you'll help create meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, resilience and a lifelong love of learning. What You'll Be Doing Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons that inspire pupils and support excellent progress. Plan and adapt learning to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND, autism and complex needs. Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress, using assessment to inform teaching and celebrate achievement. Contribute to the development of an innovative and engaging Maths curriculum. Promote pupils' confidence, independence, wellbeing and positive engagement with learning. Work collaboratively with colleagues, therapists and support staff to deliver a personalised learning experience. Teach across other curriculum areas where appropriate and support off-site educational activities when required.
