The Role - Maths Teacher :We are looking to appoint a full time qualified Maths Teacher who will have a significant impact on the learning of pupils with additional needs. The role will involve working with all years, delivering a variety of high quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, to include GCSE and Functional Skills. The successful candidate will work in a secure and supportive environment that helps pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties overcome their challenges. The position requires a candidate who can build relationships with children with SEMH difficulties and work in collaboration with colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive environment that is conducive to learning. The teacher and students benefit from small class sizes that help nurture achievement. Key Responsibilities - Maths Teacher (Qualified): Design and implement Maths lessons that promotes academic progress for all students Ensure that the Maths curriculum is well-planned, sequenced, and relevant to the needs of Impact North West Schools students Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Maths lessons, making adjustments as necessary to improve student outcomes Monitor and assess student progress in Math
